About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Toyota. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building trust with customers, communicating effectively, and exceeding their expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries to maximize opportunities
  • Maximizing profit by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
  • Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data
About You
  • Experience working as a retail sales executive, customer service agent, or in a similar role with a genuine interest in sales
  • Able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Able to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential
