Job Title: Clinical Governance and Effectiveness Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance and Effectiveness Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre Portsmouth. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and quality improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical governance systems and processes to support the monitoring of key quality indicators, such as clinical audits and risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clinical leads to enhance the organization-wide quality improvement program.
  • Work with department heads to continuously improve systems, structures, and processes, following national and Practice Plus Group priorities.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC registered Practitioner
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Recent experience with governance and infection prevention and control
