We are seeking an experienced and skilled CAMHS Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Brent CAMHS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based psychological care to children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist psychological assessment, therapy, advice, and consultation to children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- Develop opportunities to offer consultation to non-psychologist colleagues, professionals, and carers within the young people's network.
- Collaborate with services involved in the children and young people to coproduce creative activities and person-centred care plans.
- Act as care coordinator for a caseload of children and young people with learning disabilities and autism and significant mental health needs.
