You'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our facility operates seamlessly in line with the highest standards of care, overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of our dedicated staff, and meticulously coordinating schedules in strict adherence to award agreements.
Adopting a proactive approach in addressing customer expectations and feedback by conducting thorough investigations, implementing appropriate actions, and providing comprehensive verbal and written responses, your dedication to exceeding customer satisfaction will ensure that our residents and their families receive nothing short of the highest quality care and support from us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of staff
- Coordinate schedules in accordance with award agreements
- Address customer expectations and feedback through thorough investigations and implementation of actions
- Provide comprehensive verbal and written responses to customer inquiries
About You
You'll demonstrate exceptional time management skills, lead by example with authenticity, and infuse energy and dedication, leading your team to achieve remarkable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive leadership experience in senior clinical roles within aged care organizations
- Proficient understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards
- Knowledgeable about the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, complemented by effective delegation abilities
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Preferably vaccinated for COVID and Influenza, though not mandatory
- Recent National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
