Job Title: Director of Asset Reconciliation

SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Director of Asset Reconciliation to join our team. As a key member of our CASS Office leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation processes in alignment with the Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all reconciliation activities comply with CASS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reconciliation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and resolution of reconciliation issues.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of CASS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive improvements in reconciliation processes.
