SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Director of Wealth Reconciliations to join our team. As a key member of our CASS Office leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Wealth reconciliation processes in alignment with the Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Oversight: Ensure that all reconciliation activities comply with CASS regulations and industry best practices. Develop and implement strategies to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reconciliation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide training and support to team members on CASS requirements, reconciliation processes, and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and resolution of reconciliation issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to CASS and reconciliations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to CASS 6 & 7 reconciliation, ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on reconciliation status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reconciliation activities, procedures, and compliance efforts.
- Deep understanding of CASS regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive improvements in reconciliation processes.
- Experience in leading CASS operational teams.
