Job Description

SS&C Technologies Holdings seeks a highly skilled professional to lead our wealth reconciliation processes in accordance with Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations. As a key member of the CASS Office leadership team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of client asset reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CASS regulations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive improvements in reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

Compliance and Oversight



  • Ensure that all reconciliation activities comply with CASS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Regularly review and update reconciliation procedures and controls to ensure they meet current regulatory standards.

Team Leadership



  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reconciliation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CASS requirements, reconciliation processes, and best practices.

Process Improvement



  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation activities.

Stakeholder Management



  • Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and resolution of reconciliation issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to CASS and reconciliations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.

Risk Management



  • Identify and mitigate risks related to CASS 6 & 7 reconciliation, ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
  • Develop and maintain risk management frameworks related to reconciliation processes.

Reporting and Documentation



  • Prepare and present regular reports on reconciliation status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reconciliation activities, procedures, and compliance efforts.
