SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Director of Wealth Reconciliations to join our team. As a key member of our CASS Office leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Wealth reconciliation processes in alignment with the Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance and Oversight: Ensure that all reconciliation activities comply with CASS regulations and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reconciliation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in reconciliation activities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure effective communication and resolution of reconciliation issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to CASS 6 & 7 reconciliation, ensuring that any discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Compliance and Oversight: Develop and implement strategies to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Provide training and support to team members on CASS requirements, reconciliation processes, and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Prepare and present regular reports on reconciliation status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to CASS and reconciliations.
- Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management frameworks related to reconciliation processes.
