About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join NMS Recruit Limited.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work in a fast-paced sales environment where your main responsibility will be to support a team of Recruitment Consultants who specialise in placing candidates within the Office Support, Sales, Finance, IT and Technical sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answering and directing all inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support to clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Preparing CVs for Consultants, updating CRM systems, and inputting weekly temporary payroll.
  • Recruitment Support: Supporting the recruitment of temporary workers, including advertising vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and sending documents to clients.
  • Office Management: Maintaining the office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked, and coordinating charity events.
Requirements

To be suitable for this role, you will have administration and customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a pro-active attitude.

This is an office-based role, and due to the location of the office, you will need to have your own transport.
