Business Support Coordinator Role

At Russell Taylor Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct inbound calls
• Prepare CVs for Consultants
• Update CRM system and send Terms of Business
• Input weekly temporary payroll
• Support recruitment of temporary workers, including advertising vacancies and pre-screening candidates
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized
• Organize group charity events and coordinate monthly charity collections

Requirements:
• Administration and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
