Apprentice Team Leader Role


As a Team Leader Apprentice at Greene King, you'll be responsible for leading by example and ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with the management team to maintain high standards and resolve any issues that arise.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in hospitality management, including customer service, team leadership, and operational management. You'll work closely with our training team to complete the Hospitality Team Leader Apprenticeship Qualification and achieve a Level 3 qualification.

  • Provide customers with a memorable experience each and every time they visit
  • Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift
