Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Ward Manager in providing day-to-day management and supervision of the ward.
  • Assist the Ward Manager in providing management and supervision of a team of registered and unregistered staff.
  • Ensure compliance with NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  • Develop and implement flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Deliver and receive supervision to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Experience in delivering and receiving supervision.
