Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support one of our prestigious international law firm clients in a permanent, hybrid role.
The ideal candidate will work within a dynamic team environment, collaborating closely with the Head of HR, HR Manager, and HR Assistant to provide comprehensive support to approximately 300 staff and Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records within the HR Information System (Workday) for new hires, departures, and internal transfers.
- Draft HR communications utilizing DocuSign, including letters for probation completions, reference requests, and salary reviews.
- Work alongside the Payroll department to facilitate changes in payroll and benefits.
- Assist with visa applications and renewals as directed by the Immigration Advisor.
- Oversee the leaver process, ensuring proper documentation and holiday confirmations.
- Manage HR content on the intranet and aid in the appraisal processes.
- Support the annual salary and bonus review initiatives.
- Handle inquiries related to holidays, manage year-end holiday processes, and maintain sickness absence records.
- Oversee e-filing, staff gifts, and new baby hampers.
- Enhance proficiency in Workday, identifying and implementing new processes to ensure optimal functionality.
- Manage invoice payments and assist with various project work.
- Lateral Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and schedule interviews.
- Supervise the onboarding process, including background checks and medical assessments.
- Arrange inductions and IT equipment, supporting recruitment initiatives.
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. Strong IT capabilities, particularly in Word and Excel, along with experience in HR databases, are essential.
