Job Description

Head of Business

Fleet Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our New Business sales team. As Head of Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and coaching your team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

We are looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and business development. You will need to be commercially astute, with excellent leadership and managerial skills, and the ability to inspire your team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement robust sales processes
  • Coach and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results
