Job Title: Head of New Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Head of New Business Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team to deliver all objectives for revenue and growth.
  • Hunt for larger corporate opportunities and identify prospective deals and new business opportunities.
  • Coach and inspire colleagues to perform at their very best, and develop a quality, well-qualified sales pipeline.
  • Create, communicate, and execute a sales plan that ensures targets are delivered.
  • Implement robust sales processes and ensure that salespeople can build a value proposition with prospects that wins business.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary up to £60,000.
