Head of Business

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Business to join our team at Fleet Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our New Business sales team and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, manage, and drive the performance of the New Business sales team to deliver revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue larger corporate opportunities.
  • Coach and inspire colleagues to perform at their best.
  • Implement robust sales processes and ensure salespeople can build a value proposition with prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and sales experience in a commercial vehicle rental environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business skills.
  • Excellent managerial and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify prospective deals and new business opportunities.
