Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford

Working Hours: Full-time, including Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule

Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus and OTE opportunities

Bonus Structure: Includes an uncapped OTE and bonus plan to be discussed during the interview

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial link between our clients and the workshop, serving as the first point of contact. Positioned at the forefront of our showroom, you should possess a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience in a dealership is not a requirement. Your initial weeks will include our Marshall Customer Journey induction program, along with shadowing and mentorship opportunities designed to facilitate your transition into this role.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • A strong passion for enhancing the customer journey and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations through regular communication.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage your own customer base and workload effectively.
  • Confidence in addressing complex customer issues professionally, seeking management support when necessary.
  • Proficient with technology, ideally with experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships prior to their appointments, welcoming them upon arrival.
  • Enhance the customer experience throughout their journey with Marshall in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Act as a representative for both the business and the customer, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Accurately complete all administrative tasks related to customer interactions.
  • Proactively assist customers with future needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote outstanding customer service and retention.
