Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Work closely with our technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate effectively to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
