About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
