About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Registered Service Manager to lead and manage our Ofsted-regulated services across four homes in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 16-17 in semi-independent accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality services to young people
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a care or social services setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
