About the Role

As a Hygiene Manager (Nights) at MorePeople, you will be responsible for ensuring that excellent hygiene standards are met throughout our facility. This involves ensuring that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tools are adhered to and maintained, and raising any issues or concerns with Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that hygiene standards are met throughout the facility
  • Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and Senior Management
  • Maintain accurate records of hygiene procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a food manufacturing or fresh produce processing environment
  • Experience working closely with hygiene aspects of the business
  • Understanding of food safety requirements and ability to adhere to safe working procedures
  • COSHH and FLT training
  • HACCP level 2 and First Aid training
