Overview:

Collaboration:
You will work in close partnership with essential departments across the organization, including Construction, Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Procurement, and our Operational teams.

Contractor Liaison:
Your role will involve engaging with our network of contractors to ensure we achieve key performance indicators and provide the necessary levels of service.


Property Category Plan:
Additionally, you will assist in the execution and evaluation of our Property category strategy, which encompasses annual tenders across various sectors such as hard services, soft services, and professional services.

Supplier Management:
You will be directly accountable for monitoring and assessing supplier performance, as well as managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for suppliers.

Communication Skills:
Strong communication abilities are essential for success in this position, along with the capacity to analyze data and generate high-quality reports that support change initiatives and ensure our standards are upheld.


Operational Oversight:
Oversee the operational execution of multiple key contracts and suppliers within the Property team, including Construction, Compliance, Health & Safety, Facilities Management, and Professional Services.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and teams to ensure alignment and effective supplier management.


Supplier Performance Reviews:
Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance based on established metrics to ensure compliance with required standards.


Performance Updates:
Provide consistent updates on the performance of key categories to both internal and external stakeholders.


Mobilization Plans:
Create and implement mobilization strategies for new contracts to ensure seamless transitions and effective execution.


Issue Resolution:
Act as the primary contact for addressing significant performance or contractual issues within the supply chain.


Qualifications:
Extensive experience in commercial negotiations within a property supply chain context is required. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems is essential. You should also be adept at utilizing Management Information (MI) tools and acting on the insights gained from these tools.

Analytical Skills:
Excellent analytical and evaluation skills, including commercial reviews, are necessary.

Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while controlling costs to deliver results within budget and deadlines.

Communication:
Experienced communicator capable of engaging at all levels, negotiating, and challenging contractors/suppliers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
