Key Responsibilities- Leading and motivating a direct and matrix team to achieve high performance and meet deadlines across a named list of existing customers
- Develop and maintain account plans, develop and implement best practices and processes
- Grow breadth and depth of engagement, understanding the customers' business objectives and pain points
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding their needs, and managing expectations
- Identify growth opportunities for upselling and expanding existing services and cross-sell of new services
- Deliver revenue and new business targets
- Securing favourable terms and working through issues with clients
- Monitor customer health, use data and feedback to understand customer outcomes and engagement levels
- Report on customer insights, provide insights and trends to internal teams and leadership
- Extensive knowledge of sales and account management - Direct B2B solution sales in an OJEU environment (ideally with experience with utility vertical)
- Comfortable creating and presenting updates and solutions to the customer up to and including C-Suite
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term account strategies
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and negotiating contracts
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong focus on achieving results and delivering value to clients and the organisation
