Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Compliance Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Asset Management division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our marketing activities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a secure first line of defence for the Asset Management marketing team across international markets.
  • Review marketing materials in Europe and international markets to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and financial promotions requirements.
  • Manage risk management processes and procedures across marketing.
  • Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support the approval of financial promotions for Retail and Investment Professional audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all Consumer Duty accountabilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of approving financial promotions within an Asset Manager.
  • Strong background in marketing compliance.
  • Good knowledge of the relevant compliance regulations across Europe.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to run meetings.
  • European language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
