Job Title: Product Director

Job Summary:

DivalentineCalver Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the product management team at a world-class distributor of Food Ingredients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing products, sales teams, and operations, contributing to the further growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage product portfolios, including product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely and accurate product allocations, export shipments, and imports.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Quality teams to develop new products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Liaise with Quality on customer requests and non-conformance management.
  • Work with the Marketing team to research products, regions, or brands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the Food Ingredients industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for work trips.
