Director of Executive Search and Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our executive search practice in the Life Sciences sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals to achieve exceptional results and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition.
