Job Summary:

H&P Executive Search is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate. As a key member of our internal hiring team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Candidate Qualification: Carefully assess and qualify candidates against specific role requirements, ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with our clients' needs.
  • Candidate Management: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing exceptional communication and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Participate in face-to-face interviews, conducting competency-based, behavioral, and situational interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market-specific knowledge to identify top talent.
