**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for our global offices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to identify and attract top talent for our global offices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including top universities and careers fairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Work closely with senior management to understand business needs and develop a hiring strategy to meet those needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Executive Search or Talent Acquisition with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the Quantitative, Trading, and Finance Markets.
