About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcing Specialist. As a key member of our Tutoring and Alternative Provision Team, you will work closely with our Senior Recruitment Consultant to provide strategic administration support to our rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and reports
  • Post job adverts to attract top talent
  • Proactively communicate with live candidates about availability
  • Nurture and grow our candidate talent pool
  • Attend industry events to further our business reach
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service
  • Follow internal safeguarding procedures to ensure concerns are raised appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping
Requirements
  • Passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to reintegrate into suitable educational settings
  • Strong customer service skills and professionalism in challenging situations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and competitive individual
