E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment is a leading provider of IT recruitment services, and we are currently seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, and disaster recovery, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Support: Provide 3rd line support for our enterprise infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and stability through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service through prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Enhance our on-premises and cloud infrastructure to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a broad range of infrastructure services, including Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, and disaster recovery.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Intune, Hyper-V, and disaster recovery, as well as good general knowledge of networking principles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
