Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Trade Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive repairs to customers' homes, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms, as well as other types of work, in accordance with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
  • Carry out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring all works are in accordance with good building maintenance practice.

Requirements

  • Competent to complete a wide variety of plumbing and other trade tasks at a multiskilled level.
  • Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience.
  • Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales.
  • Full driving license (clean).
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
