Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their value and benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new offerings and promotions
- 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
