Job Title: Technical Sales Manager, UK & Ireland

Following a remarkable growth of 30% in Europe, the company is expanding its workforce and is in search of a Technical Sales Manager based in the UK to propel the business forward.

Position Overview:

In the role of Technical Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will oversee the management and expansion of our customer base and distributor network within your designated territory. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and requires a driven individual with extensive knowledge of the distribution sector and the capability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with distributors and clients across the UK & Ireland.
  • Promote sales of the complete product range, including additives for ruminants, poultry, and swine.
  • Deliver technical assistance and advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and can effectively utilize our innovative feed solutions.
  • Collaborate with the European team to synchronize regional strategies and initiatives.
  • Independently manage your territory with full accountability, taking charge of business outcomes.
  • Travel throughout the territory to engage with distributors, clients, and participate in industry events.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, effectively responding to changes and challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and distributor management within the feed sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the livestock industry, particularly focusing on ruminants (dairy & beef).
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions that enhance business performance.
  • Assertive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • International experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK & Ireland.

Location:

This position is fully remote based in the UK, with travel throughout your territory. The company also maintains a UK office and other global locations.
