Accounts and Admin Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our accounts team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including filing, data recording, and email management.
  • Send statements and reminders to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including checking and processing information.
  • Utilize Sage 50 software to manage accounts and financial data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts administration.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Able to provide 5 years of references, with a strong understanding of industry requirements.
