Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our accounts team, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including general administration, filing, and data recording.
  • Send statements and reminders to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as checking and processing information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts administration, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
