We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at Integris Financial Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Routines: Ensure timely completion of purchase orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll, sales invoices, and expenses.
- Goods and Services: Receive and distribute trust-only goods and services, and reconcile supplier statements.
- Invoice Matching: Process and reconcile credit card transactions, including invoices, and resolve supplier or order queries in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly management accounts by processing transactions, including journal entries, in the correct month.
- Journal Entries: Post internal charges, credit card expenditure, printing, and other journals as required.
- Cash Handling: Bank cash income as needed.
- Code of Conduct: Act within our Code of Conduct at all times, collaborating with colleagues and clients.
