Key Role Summary

This role is a key part of our buying team, responsible for driving the development, delivery, and margin performance of our online rewards range proposition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with a global network of 70+ suppliers to ensure the best products and pricing are available, while curating a commercially viable and appealing range of merchandise at competitive prices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, including negotiation, service agreement, and performance reviews to ensure excellent quality of service and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead the operational implementation of new Reward supplier/offering from brief to launch, including assisting in the sales process where necessary.
  • Provide training to internal stakeholders on selling and operating the rewards products.
  • Occasional unsocial hours with ad hoc overseas travel may be required.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in online retail, buying, or range management.
  • International product propositions, product range specification, and negotiation experience in online retail or B2B/drop shipping environments are a bonus.
  • Previous experience working with data and databases to present and support decision-making processes and commercial business updates.
  • High level of commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) with other languages a bonus.
  • Full driver's license.
