Unpaid Work Supervisor

About the Role
As an Unpaid Work Supervisor, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals who have been issued with unpaid work orders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure they fully understand their obligations and the expected standards of performance. You'll provide direct supervision and support, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear guidance and direction to individuals undertaking unpaid work orders.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Promote a culture of accountability and responsibility.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support the successful completion of unpaid work assignments.
Essential Requirements
This role involves Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as defined by the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member or undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update before employment can commence.
Additional Information
This is an 'as and when' required post, providing cover for annual leave and sickness. The location of the role may vary depending on operational needs.
The hourly rate for this position is £13.59.
A full current driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points) and the ability to achieve the 'permit to drive' for Council vehicles are essential requirements for this post.
