Position: Internal Key Account Consultant

Compensation: £24,417 with OTE of £4,375 plus additional benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, no evenings or weekends required

phs Group is seeking a dedicated Internal Key Account Consultant to enhance our customer service team. This role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining robust relationships with clients, ensuring timely order processing, and promoting sales through a deep understanding of client requirements. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Efficiently processing orders with accuracy
  • Addressing customer inquiries and providing support via email
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enhancing sales through effective relationship management
  • Working in close coordination with Field Based Key Account Managers
