About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to join our team at Recruit UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction
- Administer client data, documentation, and new business paperwork onto our back-office systems
- Prepare literature for client meetings and support the investment managers/financial planners with gathering relevant information
- Understand suitability requirements and support the investment managers/financial planners with gathering relevant information
- Assist with onboarding, transfers, payments, and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services, such as wealth management, IFA, investment, or pension
- Experience with end-to-end administration and client communication
- Face-to-face client experience (desirable)
- Organized and proactive with excellent IT skills and experience with platforms/systems
- Understanding of regulations and compliance where appropriate
- GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent
