Main DutiesAs a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of caseload care coordination

- Managing service KPIs, audit activity, and budgetary responsibilities

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, psychology, OT, or Social Work
- Extensive experience of providing a range of interventions to people
- Experience of partnership working within and across various statutory and non-statutory teams and agencies
You will also need to have advanced skills in assessment, planning, and therapeutic intervention, as well as problem-solving skills.
