About the Role
Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is a leading-edge specialist community provider, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Senior Clinician.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Clinician, you will work closely with the MHST Clinical and Team Lead and Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to ensure the success of the MHST.
You will support and provide a high-quality service to students experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working closely with the team to ensure children and young people receive faster access to earlier mental health support.
You will provide line management and clinical supervision to other members of the team, including Senior Wellbeing Practitioners and Trainee EMHPs, through the delivery of CBT-informed supervision.

Requirements
- Qualified Clinical Psychology / Systemic Family Therapist / CBT Therapist
- Appropriate training and experience in child and adolescent mental health services
