Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership of the CAMEO North team, a renowned Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment, and support to individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for overseeing caseload care coordination, ensuring the delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions.

You will also contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the service, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote self-awareness, independence, confidence, and hope within the service users' unique recovery journey.

Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, psychology, OT, or Social Work
  • Extensive experience of providing a range of interventions to people
  • Experience of partnership working within and across various statutory and non-statutory teams and agencies
