HR & Learning & Development Business Partner

As the HR & Learning & Development Business Partner at MP Moran, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, collaborating closely with internal managers and staff to ensure alignment between business objectives and employee needs. Your main responsibility will be to spearhead and execute the learning and development strategy, aimed at enhancing capabilities, customer service, and overall organizational performance.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, particularly focused on Learning and Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or CIPD Level 7 certification.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
  • Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the organization, providing both strategic and operational HR support.
  • Develop and implement HR and training strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives.

Learning and Development:

  • Design, implement, deliver, and assess learning programs, with a particular focus on Sales and Customer Service.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging training content through various methods (e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training).
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

Talent Management:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
  • Identify high-potential employees and establish robust talent pipelines.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.

Change Management:

  • Lead and support change initiatives to improve effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching during periods of organizational transition.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and focus groups.
  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
