Our organization, Seetec Business Technology Centre, is committed to providing tailored support to individuals across various contracts, including Accommodation, Personal Wellbeing, and Approved Premises. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a better future, regardless of their past choices or challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Attend appointments with participants to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Offer literacy and numeracy support, including assistance with filling in forms.
- Encourage engagement and remind participants of upcoming appointments.
- Provide practical and emotional support to participants, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
- Support participants in complying with probation appointments and license conditions.
- Assist participants in finding employment, apprenticeships, or volunteer placements.
- Support participants in finding private accommodation.
- Demonstrate empathy and use tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with good listening skills.
- Input and maintain computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Exercise authority and reinforce boundaries in an appropriate manner.
- Work independently and cope with stressful situations.
