Position Overview

Tempus Recruitment is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Practitioner to become a vital part of our dedicated team.

This is a full-time role, where the successful applicant will engage in a 40-hour work week, distributed over four days, including a rotation of weekends.

The facility has recently undergone renovations, ensuring a modern and well-equipped environment that meets the highest standards of veterinary care.

Located in a prominent area, the practice boasts a supportive team comprising two veterinarians, one veterinary nurse, one student nurse, and two patient care assistants.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrating confidence and the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively. Clinical leadership skills are essential, along with the capability to drive commercial success through strategic management of clinical activities. Utilizing coaching and influencing techniques will be key to maximizing the potential of each team member.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the practice manager to enhance commercial outcomes, focusing on critical performance indicators. Providing outstanding care to both clients and patients will be a priority, setting a high standard for your team to follow.
