This is an exceptional opportunity to join Land Rover, a premier name in the automotive luxury sector. With a surge in demand for our iconic models, including the Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery, we seek an individual who can deliver an unparalleled luxury experience to our esteemed clientele while contributing to our already thriving sales team.

The working hours are structured from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and 08:30 to 17:00 on Saturdays, with a designated day off during the week. Sundays will be on a rotational basis from 10:00 to 16:00. Our benefits package includes the use of a company vehicle and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000, which comprises a £30,000 base salary.

As a Regional Business Growth Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing your designated area to identify and cultivate sustainable local business sales opportunities that align with Land Rover's brand objectives.

You will serve as the primary contact for prospective local business and corporate vehicle drivers, while also strategizing and organizing your own sales initiatives to secure new, profitable business ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new clientele through a systematic and thorough prospecting approach.
  • Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to stimulate interaction with both prospective and existing customers.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current customers, pinpointing opportunities for growth in both sales and aftersales.
  • Maintain and oversee your fleet database and management reports in line with business and brand requirements for regular updates and reviews.
  • Foster enduring and valuable relationships with customers, supply partners, and team members.
