Position Overview

The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring excellence in food and beverage delivery. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards and meeting client expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operations of the contract to ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage services.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, acting as a true partner in their business.
  • Coordinate the planning and resource allocation to deliver exceptional service to clients and customers.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and training of team members to build a skilled workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the contract.
  • Achieve financial targets and manage the contract in alignment with budgetary goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Contract Catering, Hospitality, or Retail Catering, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills to cultivate a successful work environment. Strong management and communication abilities are essential, along with a solid understanding of financial management and reporting.

A passion for food and customer service, coupled with financial acumen, will be key to thriving in this role.
