About the Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our UK/EMEA workforce. You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs that cater to the diverse needs of employees across all levels, from entry-level to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within various business areas.
  • Design and deliver innovative training programs utilizing a variety of learning approaches, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their specific training requirements and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business units on learning initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous development.
  • Implement team-focused development programs, such as Insights Discovery, to enhance collaboration and individual growth.
  • Drive operational excellence by leveraging resources and best practices to maximize employee learning outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with businesses to evaluate the impact of training programs and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent & Organizational Capability team on various learning and talent-related activities.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide ongoing support to employees.
