Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Development Specialist to oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care. Your expertise will be essential in supporting clinical audits, conducting investigations, and providing evidence-based recommendations for service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Clinical Care - Coordinate all clinical aspects of care, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  2. Collaborate with Management - Work closely with our management team to drive person-centred care initiatives.
  3. Support Clinical Audits - Assist in conducting investigations and providing recommendations for service improvements.
  4. Deliver Training and Education - Provide training and education to staff, aligned with our clinical education strategy and competency framework.

Requirements

  1. Registered Nurse - A registered nurse with RGN or RMN qualifications.
  2. Clinical Knowledge - Working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements.
  3. Professional Development - Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  4. Excellent Clinical Skills - Proven experience working with complex care patients and a strong clinical skillset.
